Fresh Cabbage Cole Slaw

This great cole slaw is a delicious addition to your Keto dish. The apple cider vinegar and the salt gets mixed nicely into the cabbage when blended with the olive oil. Serves 4. Net Carb 8 g.

Ingredients
- 1/2 head of white cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- Some fresh black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
- Set aside for fifteen minutes, then serve.
