This great cole slaw is a delicious addition to your Keto dish. The apple cider vinegar and the salt gets mixed nicely into the cabbage when blended with the olive oil. Serves 4. Net Carb 8 g.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of white cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • Some fresh black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
  2. Set aside for fifteen minutes, then serve.
