Easy Crunchy Crackers

These crackers are made of almond flour and super healthy. Add them to your Keto soups and you'll stay ketogenic.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup of finely ground almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F, then line a baking sheet with some parchment paper. Then combine the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, salt, and garlic powder in a microwave bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to the microwave and heat for thirty seconds.
- Knead the dough using your hands until well mixed. Add in the egg yolk and resume kneading until well mixed.
- Place the dough on a surface and roll the dough into a rectangle and then cut the dough into squares using a knife.
- Place the squares on the baking sheet and bake for six minutes. Then remove the baking pan from the oven and flip the crackers and bake the other side for about two minutes more until crisp and browned.
