Keto Chicken Avocado Salad

Chicken, tomatoes and avocado for balanced ketogenic diet. Top off with olive oil, lemon, and basil for aroma and flavor.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced into wedges
- 12 ounces of cooked chicken breast
- 5 ounces of avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large lemon
- 1/2 cup of small fresh basil leaves
- Some kosher salt
- Some fresh black pepper
Instructions
- Share the tomatoes into four bowls, then cut the chicken breasts into large chunks.
- Place the chicken pieces over the avocado and tomato slices.
- Add in the lemon juice, olive oil, fresh pepper and salt.
- Add the basil as topping and serve.
