Ingredients
- 8 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 large English cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup of Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/8 red onion, sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
- 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
- Some fresh black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix veggies, add dressing, cheese and black pepper.
