Ingredients

  • 8 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 large English cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/3 cup of Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/8 red onion, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • Some fresh black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix veggies, add dressing, cheese and black pepper.
